How Does It Work?
Upon your approval as a reseller for VM Group, you will be granted access to our Project Management System and Resource Centre. These platforms are designed to facilitate your onboarding, providing comprehensive guidance and resources to streamline the entire collaboration process. Within the Resource Centre, you will find an array of white-label design briefs, needs analysis documents, and other supportive materials. These resources are specifically crafted to help you maintain a professional image, enabling you to grow your business efficiently and effectively.
How Does It Work?
The VM Group project management system follows a straightforward yet thorough six-step process designed to ensure clarity and efficiency:
Step 1:
The process begins when a client submits a project request, outlining their design/project needs, goals, and any specific requirements or preferences they may have. Once we receive this request, you will be notified once we create a new Project ready for you to upload the brief & files
Step 2:
Proposal
Not all projects are clear cut, so based on the project request, our team may need to prepare a detailed proposal that outlines the project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing. This proposal ensures that both parties are on the same page and sets clear expectations.
Step 3:
Design/Project Brief
This document serves as a road map for the project, capturing the client’s brand guidelines, target audience, design preferences, marketing outcomes and/or any other relevant information that will guide our creative designers, web development and/or marketing team.
Step 4:
Drafts/Mock-ups
Armed with the design brief, our talented designers/marketers or web developers get to work, crafting initial drafts and concepts that align with the client’s vision. These drafts are presented to the client for feedback and revisions. We will allow multiple revisions to a maximum of four rounds (not in drips).
Step 5:
Revisions/Approvals
We understand that design is an iterative process, and revisions are a crucial part of achieving perfection. Our team welcomes client feedback and works collaboratively to refine the designs until they meet or exceed expectations. Once all revisions are completed, the client will sign off on the final mockup or design.
Step 6:
Final Deliverable
After incorporating all necessary revisions, we provide the client with the final deliverable – a polished design that is ready for implementation. This may include multiple formats, such as print-ready files, web graphics, or digital assets, depending on the requirements. For a website, a pre-launch approval is required before going live.
Our services predominantly offer structured packages with fixed pricing, ensuring transparency and ease of budgeting for your projects. However, we recognise that not all projects can be neatly categorised. For those unique projects, we are prepared to provide custom quotes tailored to your specific requirements.
We adhere to a rigorous approval process that involves multiple client sign-offs at various stages, ensuring that nothing proceeds without the appropriate authorisations. This approach guarantees that the final output meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
To support you throughout this process, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager and/or Project Manager. While direct access to these managers is available for urgent matters, we encourage initial communication via our project management system or support ticketing system to ensure efficient and documented interactions.
